We have worked with organisations to deliver the following projects:

  • Conducted a review of employee relations strategy, structures, skills and behaviours following a period of industrial action 
  • Designed a large-scale employee relations change project focusing on improving the skills, capabilities and behaviours of leaders, managers and employee representatives
  • Designed and implemented new strategies for capturing employee voice, including the development of a new employee forum 
  • Facilitated "bottom up" problem solving groups of employees, managers and employee representatives to focus on business issues and working relationships
  • Designed coaching plans for senior and middle managers to help them to create a culture where employees are encouraged to give their views and managers are receptive to feedback
  • Delivered joint training for managers and union/employee representatives to improve key employee relations skills
  • Run mediation-style sessions for teams to improve working relationships
